InToBlock Technologie Limited will acquire the OXBTC platform, domain name, and OXBTC mobile application

(collectively, the "OXBTC Mining Services Business")

All businesses involving OXBTC mining services formerly under PandaMiner will be transferred by December 31, 2021.
